Mu Alpha Theta

Mu Alpha Theta (MAT) is a national mathematics honor society dedicated to inspiring interest and enjoyment in mathematics! North Penn students are able to officially join the MAT organization which is nationally recognized.* Members have access to scholarship opportunities, contests, grants, and other awards. North Penn's MAT Chapter activities include but are not limited to: optional math competitions, competition math practice, volunteer opportunities, fundraising, and problem-solving sessions to work collaboratively with members to improve your math skills. *There are MAT guidelines and a small fee for national membership, but ALL are welcome to participate in meetings!
