Mock Trial

A mock trial is a simulated courtroom experience where students act as attorneys and witnesses for a fictional case. Key roles include the judge, who presides and maintains order; the prosecution/plaintiff and defense teams, who present their case through attorneys and witnesses; and the jury, which deliberates on the outcome. The process involves pre-trial matters, opening statements, direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, and closing arguments.
