Ultimate Frisbee

The goal in ultimate frisbee is to score points by completing passes to teammates who catch the disc in the opposing team's end zone. Players must pass the disc and cannot run while holding it. If you drop the frisbee or it hits the ground on your team's position, it is considered a turnover, and the frisbee is awarded to the opposing team.
