• Wear face coverings as required

• Respect people and property at all times

• Be in your seat/ PE # ready with materials out before tardy bell rings

• Demonstrate GRIT during challenging tasks

• Calmly walk to lunch

• Respect restroom space

• Use respectful language and demonstrate positive behavior/compassion  (i.e. excuse me and thank you)

• Keep the school clean by throwing away your trash

• Wait your turn in line

• Walk calmly to your destination

• Use respectful language and demonstrate positive behavior/compassion  (i.e excuse me and good morning)

• Communicate issues/problems to a staff member immediately (i.e. bullying)

• Communicate issues/problems to a staff member immediately

• Take care of personal business quickly and return destination

• Keep restrooms clean

• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to  school starting

• Use respectful language and demonstrate positive behavior/compassion

• After school, walk promptly to a supervised activity or off campus and directly home.

Engagement

• Greet staff member at door

• Actively listen, communicate and collaborate appropriately with classmates

• To the best of your ability, complete all assignments/tasks on time

• Bring all necessary materials and student planner to class

• Participate in lunch time activities

• Take care of restroom needs prior to end of lunch

• Attend Lancer Lunch Support

• Promptly walk to your next destination 

• Use appropriate walkways (i.e refrain from jumping)

• Use stairs and/or ramps safely 

• Wash your hands with soap 

• Take care of restroom needs quickly and get back to class

• Walk in crosswalks or other designated boundaries

• Greet staff members positively

• Follow staff members’ instructions

• Communicate issues/problems to a staff member immediately

• Lock up your belongings and keep your combination to yourself

• Bring PE clothes and dress out daily

• Participate in assigned activities to the best of your ability

Academics

• Complete classwork and homework on time

• Know and understand your grade

• Use critical thinking skills 

• Strive for improvement 

• Utilize time to finish homework and/or study

• Use the library when finished eating

• Take care of restroom  needs during passing period or lunch so that you are ready to use class time to learn

• Respect instructional time and return promptly back to appropriate class 

• Communicate with teachers for work missed 

• See your teacher if you need additional support

• Bring necessary materials and student planner to class

• Complete all exercises and activities

• Maintain 2.0 gpa or higher to participate in after school sports

• Reflect on purpose/message of assembly
