Student of the Month: every month, each department nominates one exemplary student who has demonstrated N.O.R.T.H.. The students are recognized at the monthly breakfast and their pictures are posted in school.
Compass Cash Rewards: students earn cash by displaying attributes of N.O.R.T.H.. Students can cash in their compass cash each Friday during lunches.
Cash expires at the end of each school year.

Thunder Way Cafe: each quarter students who have met a set of specified criteria are invited to the Thunder Way Cafe. Criteria include: NO Tardies, NO UNEX absences, 2 or fewer days excused (14 period absences), NO Discipline, NO D's or F's. This resets each quarter for the celebration.
